Island boats do not get an off season. Constant sun, salt and use are what finish a deck off, and foam that has gone chalky is both ugly and slick underfoot. Deck Armor goes down as one bonded rubber surface, blended by hand from 24 colors, and it is built to be hosed down and put back to work the next morning. Trade winds, chop and a hull that never really cools down are simply the daily conditions here.
Across the island
Raul installs across Puerto Rico out of Las Piedras. Boats here run in full sun every month of the year, which is hard on any finish, so it has to be UV resistant and it has to grip when it is wet. Whether it is a center console fishing the north coast or a family boat that spends its weekends at anchor, the system, the process and the warranty are the same ones that come out of the Tampa shop. The island is small enough that most owners are an easy run from Las Piedras, and salt here does not take the winter off the way it does on the mainland.

Raul runs out of Las Piedras, which puts the east coast within easy reach: Fajardo and the Cordillera cays, Humacao and Palmas del Mar, and the crossings to Vieques and Culebra. West and south the picture changes to La Parguera, Salinas and the reef edge, and north it is San Juan Bay and open Atlantic. What they all share is that there is no off season. A boat here takes full tropical sun every month of the year, and it is stored outside more often than not. That is a harder UV load than anywhere on the mainland, and it is what finishes a deck surface off: foam goes chalky, hardens, then gets slick precisely when the deck is wet. Center consoles and bay boats are most of the work, with pontoons and the occasional cruiser off a marina lift.

Trailer her in, or if she is in the water with no trailer we bring ours, haul her to the shop and bring her back. Insured both ways.
Pick a color
Choose an in-stock color or blend 3 or more into a custom mix. Logos and lettering are troweled right into the floor, just discuss any logo with us before install.
We install it
Old flooring out, deck prepped, new surface hand-troweled in. Install runs 1 to 2 days plus about a 3 day cure before she is back on the water.
